Life Coaching sessions can address anything you’re feeling challenged by or drawn to in your life. Maybe you’re seeking help to determine your next professional move, make more conscious choices during a transition period, maintain equanimity in the dating process or new motherhood phase, have the confidence to start the business you’ve always known was in you, work with an illness or injury, rejuvenate your self-care routine, or create more time for what’s truly important to you. The possibilities are limitless, and your priorities determine each session’s agenda. Life Coaching involves a combination of “inner” and “outer” work.
Imagine the positive impact you could have on your clients’, patients’, or loved ones’ lives, not to mention your own, if you were more present, less judgmental, more compassionate, more grounded, more attuned to your intuition, and more plugged into the flow of life. As we learn to pay close attention to the present moment in a nonjudgmental way, joy, peace, clarity, and energy naturally increase, while stress and anxiety naturally decrease. This type of nonjudgmental awareness is what is referred to as mindfulness.
We’ll cultivate skills and compile tools (potentially including but by no means limited to meditation, yoga, breath, and gratitude) to increase balance and equanimity and create a strong foundation of present moment awareness. While we will naturally address external goals and desires here as we do in Life Coaching, Mindfulness Coaching has a generally more inward focus.
Work with your Master Practitioner (ELI-MP) coach using the Energy Leadership™ Index Assessment tool to see how energetic blocks are manifesting in draining ways in your life (stress, frustration, resentment, etc.), and learn how to intentionally redistribute your energy in more empowering and energizing ways. You’ll take an initial online attitudinal assessment that provides an instant snapshot of how you’re currently showing up in your life across 7 levels of consciousness (as a victim, as someone in constant conflict, as a compassionate person, as a creative force/positive leader, etc.). Your coach will debrief you on your results, raising awareness about what’s currently dragging you down and bringing more positive potential ways of being into the light of consciousness. As you work through the program with your coach, you’ll learn how to shift your attitudes and perspective in ways that will allow you to achieve the same results you’ve been getting in your life or better, without the depleting stress response.
You’ll take the assessment a second time at the end of your coaching series to see the visible results of how much your life has shifted by shifting your perspective and focus. Whether you’re interested in becoming a better leader at work, a more effective parent at home, or are simply interested in having more energy, focus, and clarity from day to day, this tool just might knock your socks off.

Intuitive Nutrition Coaching
What’s standing between you and your ideal weight and most energized self? As a Certified Clinical Nutritionist, I’ll help you increase awareness around your relationship to food from a holistic perspective that takes into account how everything in your life impacts how and what you eat, and create action plans to change what’s not working for your body and lifestyle. Whether your intention is to lose 50 pounds, curb sugar cravings, or ramp up your energy through diet, we’ll devise an effective plan that’s aligned with what’s truly important in your life.

At the end of your series we’ll check in and assess where you are with your goals. From there, you can simply sign on for another series to flow smoothly into as many times as you’d like. I want to support you for as long as you’re getting value out of our time together. And when the time comes, I’ll love watching you step back out into the world armed with your empowering new skills, clarity, and confidence. You can return to coaching any time as new insights and goals emerge, which they inevitably do. This is a lifelong relationship.
Energetic Makeover: $1150
Ten 50-minute sessions to be completed over a 3 to 4-month period. The cost includes two online assessments, plus all included in the coaching packages listed above.
Single Session: $150
At least 4 sessions are generally recommended to really kick new thoughts and habits into gear, but if you’re laser-focused and feel that one session will be just the nudge toward action you need, this option could be for you.
